- What version # of PT are you using? On what device? What OS version is it running? ie. win 7
- Is this bug happening on everything you try to watch? Movies and TV shows?
- Can you attach a screen shot? (If it's something that can be captured).

App is not working

everytime i launch the app a blank screen shows up with " no result found " written on it. it has been goin on for about 3 months.

I have faced such situations previously. The reasons could be different.
The simple solution is to clear Cache folder (for Windows - C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Local\PopcornTime), uninstall PT, restart your PC and install latest version from popcorn-time.to.
However, there could be a possibility that your ISP blocks PT requests. In this case you can try to use any vpn. Also check Android client (if you have some) in the same ISP network to see if it receives the feed.
